The Palgrave Encyclopedia of Imperialism and Anti-Imperialism, edited by Immanuel Ness and Zak Cope, will be published next month. It is a project of great contemporary significance for going against the mainstream by tackling imperialism as a superior stage of capitalism and detailing forms of resistance and struggle against it. For this reason, I am deeply grateful to the editors for giving the opportunity to participate in this encyclopedia.
